Nerd Love... My Cynicism's Bane

As I took the train back to work today caught (and summarily had to sit through 5 stops of) 2 people making out. Subsiquently making me feel even more alone in this world... damn them. But I had an epiphany then when it occured to me that there's nothing more beautiful than love in this world... BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY "There is nothing Cuter, nothing more Adventureous, nothing Braver... than NERD LOVE!" Follow me on this.

A man and a woman of a type that are casually rejected from popular society but not quite rebeling against the establishment. He, with his thick glasses, exadureated overbite and unpressed shirts with phrases wittier than he could ever be. Her with her torn stockings, braces and split-ended, unconditioned hair. Both frail, gangly with acne and awkward. Him smelling of Pepsi and Fitos Corn chips. Her Smelling like the 7 cats that sleep in her room. The only merits to their plight? An encyclopedic knowledge of Battlestar Galactica and THEIR AFFECTION FOR ONE ANOTHER.



ITS THIER LOVE AGAINST THE WORLD! As they grope each other with unsure hands, the need for something other than the cold touch of their keyboards driving them forward. They curl under one another like cats with a catnip ball. So cute... like watching a panda eat bamboo. I ever kick my life long slump I want a love like that. Nerdy. Awkward. Pure.



Damn I need to get laid.

Consistency...

I hate that word. Its not half as fun as randomness which I'm used to. Starting unfinished projects and having them left unfinished cause my minds flavor of the minute seems to have changed again. Still without it you never can just... Get Things Done. And thats the point isn't it. To finish things. I'm going to work at this blog Consistently to try to cure myself of the Randomness that has invaded my life. Hopefully this will help me stay consistent with other things in my life.
In this blog I'll be talking about my personal interests: Technology, News, Politics, Humor, Books and my daily life. Mostly it will be opinions, some will be news posts i find on other sites.
